Fiber makes us feel full sooner and stays in our stocamh longer than other substances we eat, inhibiting our rate of digestion and keeping us feeling full longer. Due to its significantly larger fiber content, a single serving of wholegrain bread can be more filling than two servings of white bread. Fiber also moves fat through our digestive system faster so that less of it is absorbed.
That addresses several of my concerns actually.

Hello…c’est très intéressant, je suis aussi très exigeante sur le fond de teint… J’avais bien aimé le MAT’morphose… et j’ai un problème c’est que j’ai la peau très clair, donc un fond de teint sur deux est trop foncé (même avec la teinte la plus claire)…Actuellement je suis retournée vers le fond de teint de Nivea « teint delight », pas très couvrant, mais unifiant, pas d’effet masque, et assez lumineux (même si son prédécesseur était 1000 fois plus top, mais il existe plus)… et je finis avec la poudre clinique (nouveau système de poudre libre ou il faut tourner la petite boite pour recevoir de la poudre)…mais je suis bien tentée d’essayer le healthy mix une fois…

yea, Kindle is good in a way. but to really enjoy reading, in a warm sunny aftnoon, has to involve a book (real, i.e. paper) in hand, with cozy music floating, and to let imagination run to no end. to me, ebooks or audiobooks are tools only, for my information reads, i simply cannot enjoy a Jane Austen in them. i have to admit, the convenience a Kindle can offer is no compare. i am glad that we have choices.
What I find so interesting is you could never find this anywhere else.
My favorite thing right now is Galentine’s Day from Parks and Recreation – Leslie nails it with her fierce embracing of her dear friends. It’s not for the single ladies or the other halves of couples – it’s a wonderful, indulgent day with her friends. I absolutely agree with you on both of those points. I just have a problem with the family's low-rent move of trying to both save their daughter's face post-humously (when I don't believe she deserves it) and make a little cash at the same time. All while involving somebody who I believe has absolutely nothing to do with her death in the first place. I think they're also looking for a place to direct their grief/anger and don't know where else to point it other than the last person to speak to their murderer daughter. (And again, the whole money thing…) Yes, I can't prove she did it. But I wholeheartedly believe she was involved.

The individual camera moves look good and I like the lighting. However you could improve on the storyboarding/editing – it looks too random to me. The jumpcuts are a bit strange and also how you cut in between moves. Check out “Film Directing Shot by Shot” by Steven D. Katz! It helped me a lot with this stuff!
