Typically, it can be run in an afternoon for an audience of  more than 100 people. It introduces the technique in a grounded way to a  broad audience. It provides substantive orientation to the power of the  scenario approach even though it will not provide the depth nor the  strategic breakthroughs of the full process.<\/div>\n<div>The scenario game can be accompanied by the use of  Current State flash cards, developed specifically for the company  situation. Designed like playing cards, the Current State pack anchors  the scenarios in existing situational context by incorporating industry  and global constraints into the discussion.
